The ultimates series is a great take on the marvel universe and they made part of it into a cartoon. its kind of like a marvel universe that can be explained thru science..no magic. the house of M is also a great series. If your a DC lover then you cant help but love the new infinite Crisis series that is going back into the crisis on infinite earths series from 1985 "which i think is probably the best series of its time.
